Job Description
We are looking for an Application Development Lead to lead the enhancement, maintenance, and modernization of Insurance applications. This role will act as a technical lead within one or more agile scrum teams, owning components or modules of complex Insurance systems.
Requirements
- Participate in functional and technical requirements gathering
- Lead BAU development and maintenance activities
- Provide handsâon support for complex production issues
- Identify issues and implement solutions to complex, crossâapplication problems
- Review and approve design and code changes
- Partner with product owners and business stakeholders
- Own and maintain technical documentation
- Facilitate integration across platforms and applications
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers
