Job Description
Client Manager - Wealth Management Investment Software position at Charles River Development, responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering effective Charles River IMS projects, support, and services. The role requires sharp organizational and strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on strategic alignment and long-term partnerships with senior client leaders.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Technology, or relevant discipline
- 7 years' experience within the Financial Services/Software industry
- Wealth Management and Relationship Management experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to foster strong relationships across client organizations
