Company Secretary for State Street UK legal entities, responsible for company secretarial services, corporate governance, and adherence to UK regulations. Responsible for leading and delivering effective corporate governance arrangements for State Street UK legal entities, as well as overseeing the maintenance of statutory books and registers, and preparing and submitting annual compliance statements.

Requirements

• 10 years company secretarial experience in a financial institution
• Understanding of the Finance Sector and the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulatory Authority
• ICSA Qualified (ACIS or FCIS)
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
