Job Description
The Data Analytics & Management, VP will lead the delivery of AI capabilities, low-code/no-code solutions, and integrated, optimized solutions to deliver finance outcomes, improve insight quality, controls, efficiency, and decision-making. The role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills to influence and align senior stakeholders, translate complex technical concepts into clear business decisions, and drive delivery through cross-functional project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI technologies, data science, analytics, and automation with demonstrated leadership of programs/teams (financial services preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, ETL design
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation and visualization tools
- Understanding of Finance, Risk and/or Treasury business processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams, manage delivery plans, and drive adoption through change management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
