EMEA Regulatory Reporting - Assistant Manager

The Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the Capital team in preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to local European Regulators. This includes preparing Liquidity and regulatory reports, analyzing financial data, and performing edit check reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or equivalent
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services
• Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills
• Proven track record of successful project execution
• Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines
• Ability to reprioritize timely
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with other departments and represent the team in a positive manner
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with bank reporting and local German/IFRS accounting
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
