Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant sought for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of State Street executives. Responsibilities include calendar management, complex meetings, travel arrangements, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• Five plus years of executive administrative experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service oriented
• Self-motivated and willing to assume responsibility without direct supervision
