Financial reporting- Senior Associate

The Senior Associate will provide end-to-end support for investment company clients in preparing financial statements within strict deadlines for audit/client review. They will work at shifts that overlap with US and EMEA hours and be responsible for training, on-the-job practice, feedback, and more.

Requirements

• Prepare and perform 1st level reviews on private equity and hedge fund financial statements
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff
• Responsible for risk management and ensure staff understands Standard Operating procedures
• Estimate personnel needs, assign work, and oversee short-term deliverables
• Implement standard practices, processes, and tools
• Participate in research and resolution of client issues
• Volunteer for ad-hoc projects and assist with last-minute requests
