Fund Accounting and Administration, Vice President

We are looking for a Vice President to service clients for our Private Equity FOF division of our Alternative Investment Solutions Group. The team you will be joining is a part of International Fund Services (IFS), acquired by State Street in July 2002.

Requirements

• Supervising staff
• Managing client relationships
• Reviewing financial work paper packages
• Reviewing financial statements
• Reviewing capital calls and distributions
• Reviewing management fee calculations
• Preparation of client related correspondence
• Client interaction on a daily basis
• Coordination of annual audit
• Review and/or preparation of waterfall and capital account allocations
• Maintaining working relationship with client contacts
• Ensuring compliance with investment fund legal documents
• Assisting accounting managers to ensure compliance with investment fund agreements
• Managing internal workflow and client deadlines
