Job Description
The Global Accounting Lead for Expense Accounting and Balance Sheet Substantiation will lead the Expense Accounting and Balance Sheet Substantiation processes globally, reporting to the Head of Global Accounting Operations. The role will ensure no surprises, error-free month-close, inspirational leadership, and trustworthy business partnering while driving functional capabilities, process simplification, and appreciation of business imperatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance or MBA
- Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
- 15+ years of experience in Accounting Operations, Controllers, Business Controls, Finance & Risk Assurance
- Experience of running a large team with global coverage
- Experience of leading redesign, centralization, standardization and automation
- Knowledge of current US GAAP and IFRS standards
- High level of executive presence and articulation
