Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial services setting, ideally covering process and controls documentation
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail, ownership and accountability
• Ability to navigate and partner with various stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams and manage cross functional teams
