Job Description
The Head of Intermediary - Japan role involves leading and developing State Street Investment Management's intermediary business in Japan, providing ETF and Unlisted product solutions to client segments, and growing the business through strategic planning, talent development, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Strong strategic sales, marketing, and client management experience
- Client-facing and/or investment experience in the asset management industry for 10+ years
- Confirmed relationships with top-tier clients, including C-Suite level
- Strong knowledge of ETF structures and the associated ecosystem
- Degree qualified or equivalent with a financial or analytical discipline
- Holder of the appropriate JFSA Licenses (Type 1)
- Leadership and team management experience
- Analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
