Investment Performance Analysis - Senior Associate

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate for Investment Performance Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance analysis, data validation, and communication with various teams. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as experience in performance measurement and risk analysis.

Requirements

• Performance analysis and Attribution
• Reconcile and update portfolio/benchmark performance
• Retrieve, validate and upload data from various source/vendor systems
• Validate completeness and accuracy of data in department’s performance, risk, and analytics tools
• Effectively communicate with Global Performance Measurement and Risk, Operations, and IT staff
• Collaborate with team members to develop, create and validate new performance analytical reports
• Maintaining & creating a “best practice” process workflow environment in the team & in the designated projects
• Troubleshoot functional and quantitative issues to ensure high quality report production
• Ability to remain calm during stressful periods like quarter end and work well under pressure
