The successful candidate will be responsible for performance analysis and attribution, reconciling portfolio/benchmark performance, and validating data. Strong communication skills and experience in performance measurement are essential.

Requirements

• Post Graduate, preferably an MBA in Finance from a reputed institute
• FRM/CFA/Financial industry related certification is an added advantage
• 6 - 8 year post-graduation experience in any financial firm
• Experience in Performance Measurement will be an added advantage
