Job Description
We are seeking a Middle Office Manager to lead a team supporting a global premier investment management client. The role involves end-to-end delivery and day-to-day transactional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, and settlements, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Requirements
- Manage a team of middle office analysts and senior associates
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to drive a culture of operational excellence, compliance, and continuous learning
- Own day-to-day middle office functions across trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, reporting, and exception management
- Implement and monitor risk mitigation controls and best practices
- Act as audit lead for internal, statutory, and regulatory audits
- Collaborate with IT/technology teams to design, test, and implement tools like RPA bots
