Job Description
Offshore fund Onboarding Manager, AVP responsible for managing new offshore fund launches, working with Boston head office and other operation hub sites, and providing client services after fund launches.
Requirements
- Responsible for offshore fund launches to meet client's expectations
- Closely work with Sales and Relationship management about obtaining new business
- Responsible for client satisfaction and customer's evaluation and feedbacks
- Responsible for client deliverables and service enhancement
- Manage client expectations and identify clients' goals and needs
- Deal with client escalations and provide solutions
- Co-work with global operation teams and create frameworks to provide enhanced services to Japanese clients
