State Street is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead the fund accounting and administration team, providing customized service solutions for private credit investment funds. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of private market experience and strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Requirements
- Manage a growing team of financial services professionals
- Primary responsibility for the allocation of income to investors and determination of management and incentive fees
- Review and approval of monthly or quarterly net asset value reporting
- Onboarding of existing client funds and launch of new funds
- Design and champion technology solutions to address complex reporting and data requirements
- Proactively identify and participate in cross-sell opportunities
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop staff
