Private Equity, Fund Accounting & Administration, Assistant Vice President

State Street is seeking a Private Equity, Fund Accounting & Administration, Assistant Vice President to manage a team of financial services professionals and provide accounting and administrative services for alternative investment client relationships. The successful candidate will have at least 5-6 years of Private Equity experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Requirements

• Manage a growing team of financial services professionals
• Provide accounting and administrative services for alternative investment client relationships
• Allocate income to investors and determine management and incentive fees
• Process capital events such as capital calls and distributions
• Lead the onboarding of existing client funds and the launch of new funds
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop staff
