Job Description
State Street is seeking a Private Equity Fund Accounting & Administration, Officer to manage internal workflow and client deadlines, maintain good working relationships with client contacts, and review financial workpaper packages. The role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent administrative and organizational skills. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5-6 years of Private Equity experience.
Requirements
- Manage internal workflow and client deadlines
- Maintain good working relationship with all client contacts
- Review financial workpaper packages
- Review investor allocations and capital calls and distributions
- Review and/or prepare complex fee calculations management fees waterfall and capital account allocations etc.
