The Alpha Head of Cash Service Product Development and Strategy, Managing Director role is responsible for the vision for the evolution of the Alpha Cash Services product suite. This leader will focus on driving the product development strategy and oversight of cash product enablement.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end product ownership of the Cash Services portfolio, with accountability for product vision, strategy, roadmap execution, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive a decisive shift from implementation-led solutioning to product-centric thinking, embedding full product lifecycle ownership and long-term value creation across Cash Services.
- Define, maintain, and govern the Cash Services product roadmap, ensuring prioritization is driven by client value, scalability, and strategic impact rather than client-specific delivery demands.
- Provide executive leadership and oversight of the Cash Product Optimization organization, ensuring the team operates as a true product development function focused on feature design, roadmap execution, scalability, and reuse.
- Lead a team of experienced Product Owners to ensure disciplined backlog management, prioritization, and agile execution, with accountability for roadmap delivery and business outcomes.
- Embed a customer-centric product discipline across all product artifacts, documentation, and publications to support adoption and reduce reliance on reactive triage.
- Define and operationalize product success metrics, shifting focus from delivery-based measures to adoption, engagement, ROI, and long-term outcomes.
- Serve as senior decision authority for complex or cross-cutting cash use cases, ensuring product-aligned and scalable solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Client Management teams to support growth and commercialization while reinforcing standard product capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across technology, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and implementation.
- Own organizational planning, capacity strategy, and budget oversight for Cash Product Development and Optimization.
