The Assistant Vice President – Regulatory Reporting is responsible for end‐to‐end ownership, oversight, and transformation of regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely submission of regulatory returns to global and local regulators.
Requirements
- Chartered accountant with 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, or Financial Services
- Strong hands‐on experience with end‐to‐end regulatory reporting frameworks
- Proven experience managing complex data environments, controls, and regulatory interactions
- Demonstrated success leading regulatory reporting transformation and technology upgrades
- Strong analytical mindset with deep control and risk awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with regulators
- Ability to operate effectively in a high‐pressure, deadline‐driven environment
- Proven leadership in driving changes, problem solving, and process improvement
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
