Regulatory Reporting Governance and Risk Advisory lead, Vice President role supports State Street's Regulatory Reporting team and acts as a senior Business Risk and Control leader. Responsibilities include leading the governance framework for Regulatory Reporting, overseeing attestation, policy ownership, and risk reporting. The role also provides business and compliance risk strategy and oversight to the Regulatory Reporting function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in risk identification and assessment, compliance, and/or audit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a small team of junior risk professionals
- Financial product and institutional knowledge
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to develop highly functioning business relationships and coordinate stakeholders
