SVP, Non-Financial Risk Management (Global Delivery and Investment Services)

The Senior Vice President, Non-Financial Risk Management is a senior leader responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the global framework for Non-Financial Risks across State Street’s Global Delivery and Investment Services businesses.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain the non-financial risk management framework for Global Delivery and Investment Services
• Advise and consult with business and enterprise leaders on risk-related events, root cause analysis and remediation strategies
• Provide independent oversight and challenge to First-Line risk management activities within Global Delivery and Investment Services
• Lead risk identification, assessment and reporting processes
• Oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies for non-financial risks
• Chair or participate in relevant risk and compliance committees
• Prepare and present periodic risk and compliance reports to senior management, regulators, and the Board
• Oversee regulatory change management and ensure timely updates to controls and processes
• Build and maintain effective relationships with business and corporate executives, including Legal and Corporate Audit, and global regulatory authorities
• Foster a strong risk excellence culture
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing and diverse team of risk professionals
• Set clear objectives, accountabilities, and performance priorities for the team
