Job Description
The Business Analyst (BA) for the Alpha Index HUB (AIH) is responsible for translating business, operational, and client needs into clear, actionable product requirements, working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), Operations, and third-party data vendors.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in a product-led or Agile/Scrum delivery environment
- Proven experience producing BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear business requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience writing and reviewing SQL queries to support data analysis, validation, and issue investigation
- Working knowledge of running, monitoring, and validating processes in the Charles River Development (CRD) environment
