Job Description
State Street Investment Management is seeking a highly experienced Engineering and AI Specialist to accelerate the delivery of innovative technology solutions across Portfolio Management and Fixed Income platforms.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, data platforms, or advanced analytics within financial services or complex enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise in modern engineering architectures, cloud platforms, APIs, and data-intensive systems.
- Strong practical experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, and emerging generative and agentic AI techniques.
- Proven ability to solve highly complex technical problems and deliver innovative solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of front office investment workflows, preferably within Fixed Income or multi-asset portfolio management.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
