Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our Test & Inspections team. As an Inside Sales Representative – Test & Inspections, you will manage inbound inquiries, support outside sales representatives, and help ensure customers receive accurate quotes, proposals, and service information.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience within service, construction, or life-safety industries is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot highly preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
