Assists in coordinating scheduling, processing, and invoicing of service and installations from start to end by performing various duties such as taking customer service calls, preparing schedules, and processing service request orders.
Requirements
- Take customer service calls for the Fire Protection Systems Division and initiate appropriate responses.
- Provide support to technicians in the field.
- Prepares schedules for monthly inspections, new installations, and other services for the Fire Protection Systems Division.
- Obtain information needed for new customer creation. Setup new customers in computer system.
- Enter recurring and demand service request orders in computer system.
- Process service request orders in computer system through the processing of invoices, sending invoices to customers, and scanning and uploading invoice copies and work order documents to document management system.
