Directly supports the Executive Chef and maintains cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards
• Demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail
