Central Reservation Agent - Palace

Central Reservations Agent (Agente de la Central de Reservaciones) is responsible for serving as a vital link between Room reservations, the Casino department and the Sales department at the individual properties. The agent answers incoming calls and assists guests with inquiries regarding rooms, group masters, and Casino information.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ work experience in a customer service position
• Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior
• Ability to communicate and listen effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
