Marketing AI & Automation Manager (m/f/d)

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Product, Growth, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing or CRM, ideally in a B2B or digital-first environment
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel and behavioral analysis and experiment design
• Working knowledge of Braze (or similar), CDPs, CMS platforms and automation frameworks
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal and Analytics teams
