Job Description
Stay Group is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and develop relationships with affiliate partners, drive traffic, and optimize performance to maximize results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience working with Tier-1 markets in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming industry)
- Hands-on experience with brands on the operator/advertiser side
- Strong knowledge of commission models: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track traffic performance and campaign conversions
- Confident user of Google Sheets
- Upper Intermediate English (B2-C1)
- Strong stress-management and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
