Senior Software Engineer - Fabric

Stay22 is revolutionizing how people convert online with its AI-powered affiliate platform. The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of its new public-facing API platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Python, Node.js, and TypeScript, as well as experience with building scalable, secure, and well-documented RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of experience in fullstack or backend development, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, public-facing APIs and services
• Deep expertise in server-side Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web services
• Hands-on experience with building and consuming APIs and working with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
• Solid experience with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Familiarity with platform engineering concepts, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience or a strong interest in working with AI/LLM APIs and building applications for agent-based ecosystems
• Proven experience in leading technical projects or mentoring other developers, with a focus on improving team skills and code quality
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
