Job Description
Steadily is hiring an Associate Claims Adjuster who will guide customers through the claims process with empathy, accuracy, and speed, creating a fast, easy, and effortless experience.
Requirements
- Guiding customers through the claims process
- Completing a structured onboarding program
- Completing an adjuster licensing course
- Establishing new claims
- Requesting appraisals and estimates
- Communicating with customers
- Reviewing estimates and reports
- Adjusting claim files
- Assisting in establishing new workflows
- Improving existing workflows
