Steadily is hiring a Direct Sales Manager to lead a high performing sales team and exceed company sales targets. The role requires a gifted leader with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, data driven role.
Requirements
- Lead a high performing sales team to exceed company sales targets
- Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed company expectations for sales quality, conversion rates, customer response times and other KPIs
- Continuously develop, engage and motivate the sales team to be the best in the business
- Grow a top-notch sales department by participating in interviewing and recruiting other great talent as needed
