Job Description
Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer on the growth team to build out end-to-end solutions for the customer's journey from initial contact through their first policies.
Requirements
- Experienced in building web applications and analyzing data to improve customer experiences
- Past experience as a team lead is a plus
- Ability to dive into a complex codebase without too much spin-up
- Thoughtful opinions on what the user experience should be
- Pragmatic and able to balance speed and quality, making thoughtful trade-offs to solve problems effectively

- Total compensation around $300,000
- Salary of $220,000 - $250,000 annually
