Business Operations Lead

Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Operations Lead to lead our operations teams and help us reach the next 10x of scale. This role involves leading people management responsibilities, building automations and process improvements, and working closely with our CEO to drive business growth.

What You Will Do

As Business Operations Lead, you will lead our Business Operations team, hire and onboard new teammates, build processes and systems, and own important cross-functional projects. You will also help set the roadmap for our Product and Engineering efforts and serve as a member of the company leadership team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, product, strategy and operations, product operations, or related roles
