Customer Success Engineer

We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse, and we're looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have subject matter expertise in revenue cycle management and will be responsible for supporting new customers, collaborating with customers, and identifying product gaps.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working at an RCM company or managing the RCM inside of a healthcare organization
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within customer success, technical support, or adjacent roles
• Subject matter expertise in revenue cycle management
