Requirements

• Review structural contract drawings and specifications for non-residential building projects.
• Interpret loading diagrams and apply those load requirements to the steel joists and girders.
• Coordinate with other trades to incorporate their needs into the joist/girder designs.
• Create Joist/Girder/Deck placement plans, sections, and details to reflect New Millennium’s interpretation of the contract drawings.
• Create Bills of Material for all joists, girders, and deck that import into our design program.
