Electrical Engineering Internship

Steel Dynamics is offering an electrical engineering internship for Summer 2026 at the Engineered Bar Products Division in Pittsboro, IN. The internship will provide hands-on experience in electrical engineering, including design, testing, and implementation of solutions. Interns will work alongside operators and maintenance teams on the production floor and participate in upgrade and installation projects. Requirements

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
• GPA of at least 2.7
• Experience in electrical machinery, power distribution, PLCs/automation systems, or power electronics/drives
