Job Description
The Nursing Internship at Steel Dynamics is a unique opportunity for students in nursing programs to gain hands-on clinical experience and build lasting relationships with employees. As an intern, you will assist with employee health screenings, medical surveillance, and pre-employment evaluations, and participate in health and safety initiatives, employee training, and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a nursing program (ASN or BSN)
- Basic knowledge of patient care and clinical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow compliance protocols
- Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills
