Job Description
As a Truck Driver at Steel Technologies, you'll operate a heavy-capacity commercial truck to transport freight between Steel Technologies' locations, from suppliers and to customers, providing timely and quality deliveries and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Class A CDL License and two years of driving experience, steel hauling preferred
- Ability to operate a clutch pedal
- Ability to operate a tractor trailer for up to 10 consecutive hours
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with all D.O.T and FMCSR requirements as well as applicable state laws
- Ability to climb on and off the semi-trailer as needed
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
