CNC Operator

Steel Tool & Engineering seeks a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team, responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality metal components and tools.

Requirements

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production orders
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programming instructions for manufacturing parts
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to parameters as needed to ensure product quality
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery to prevent downtime
• Perform quality inspections using measurement tools to verify conformance to product tolerances
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and workflows
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
