Job Description
We are seeking a professional Account Manager to join our team. The role of this team member is to serve Agency clients by protecting the financial livelihood of personal clients through property & casualty insurance.
Requirements
- Handle the renewal of, and changes to, existing personal insurance policies by examining current program and updating it to make sure that the customer is adequately protected.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
- Timely response to client needs for certificates of insurance, handling of claims, quoting opportunities, etc.
