We are seeking a CAD Technician to support our Building Design and Sports & Major Events (SME) teams, delivering high-quality drawings across the full project lifecycle. The role will involve producing technical CAD outputs to support highways design, car park and servicing layouts, and pedestrian routing for major developments and events, across RIBA Stages 1β7.
Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
- Experience with vehicle tracking software (essential)
- Working knowledge of the Traffic Signs Manual and TSRGD (essential)
- Revit β some experience desirable
- KeySign β some experience desirable
- Previous experience in highways design
- Experience in car park and access design
- Exposure to logistics or servicing operations (desirable but not essential)
- Be comfortable working under supervision to deliver defined CAD and design tasks to meet internal and external timescales
- Demonstrate excellent CAD skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills
- Hold relevant academic qualifications or professional experience
