Your tasks include monitoring and ensuring animal welfare requirements, training employees, and developing measures for continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for contacting authorities, auditors, and internal departments on animal welfare issues.
Requirements
- Completed degree in veterinary medicine, agricultural sciences, biology, or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of animal welfare law and ideally practical experience in animal husbandry or meat production
- High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork and high motivation to actively shape animal welfare
- Safe handling of MS Office; experience with documentation systems is an advantage
