Job Description
As a Senior RTW Designer at Stella McCartney, you will collaborate with the Design Director to create luxury fashion collections, focusing on Outerwear and Tailoring designs. The role requires strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and leadership experience. You will work closely with the design team and other departments to develop innovative and directional product lines.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading Designers and creative studio
- Technically strong with good knowledge of garment construction
- Experience focusing on Outerwear and Tailoring
- Ability to delegate and manage Junior Designers
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively on several projects simultaneously
