
Job description
The Electrified Powertrain Controls Engineer will lead a team of engineers to develop electrified powertrain systems for current and next-generation electrified powertrains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering control algorithms, processes, methods, and tools to manage systems and subsystems in the Electrified Powertrain Platform.
Deliver control algorithms, processes, methods, and tools to manage systems and subsystems in the Electrified Powertrain Platform. Lead the development of torque controls for a new unique hybrid powertrain type, integrating into existing controls.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader, a strong team player, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. They will have a strong overall knowledge of vehicle and powertrain functions, experience with modeling, simulation, development, testing, calibration, and/or validation, and outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
