
Job description
Develop new features and enhance existing algorithms for gasoline engine controls. Work with a cross-functional team to ensure quality and robustness of production algorithms. Provide technical guidance, training, and act as an expert in controls algorithm development.
Implement designs efficiently, validate against requirements, and provide technical reports to management. Develop plans, track progress, and present technical reports. Develop and implement controls features, controlling actuators, reading sensor values, and estimating engineering quantities.
7+ years of experience in engine development, emissions development, and engine technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
