Lead Powertrain Calibration Engineer

Role Overview

Lead the development, integration, and validation of propulsion performance upgrades for the Direct Connection product line. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on testing capability, and the ability to guide a small, fast-moving engineering team.

What You Will Do

Lead development and validation of propulsion performance upgrades, drive hands-on testing, collaborate with base programs, SRT, and suppliers, and lead a small engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics or related degree field
• 8 or more years of proven experience in powertrain development, particularly with high performance vehicle systems
• Strong background in engine characterization, calibration, and propulsion system development
• Proficient in calibration methodologies and software development processes
• Hands-on experience with vehicle testing, dyno operation, and validation workflows
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and engineering judgment
• Excellent English communication skill and interpersonal skills
