Lead the development, integration, and validation of propulsion performance upgrades for the Direct Connection product line. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on testing capability, and the ability to guide a small, fast-moving engineering team.

8+ years of experience in powertrain development, strong background in engine characterization, calibration, and propulsion system development, and excellent English communication skill and interpersonal skills.
