Integrated Account Manager

The Integrated Account Manager is an on-site role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational execution and relationship management of assigned large or complex customer accounts. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in operations, customer support, or account management
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, operations, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across functions in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and support practical solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on-site and engaging directly with customer personnel
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn internal systems
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and follow-through
