Job Description
Stellar is seeking a Site Support professional to combine on-site customer support responsibilities with branch warehouse operations. The role requires flexibility, strong customer focus, and the ability to adapt between environments to meet business and customer needs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems (Prophet 21 preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
